Dexter/Dexter4400 Scam report

• I bought an account from Dexter on July 25th 2018 a maxed main for 375m OSRS gp. I went first. Everything was smooth up until October 14th 2018 (Sunday) when I tried to login to the account the password was changed. I went to login to the account and it now has a different email address/password. It was recovered. I've tried contacting him with no success since Sunday via Skype, Although he's been active on Sythe everyday and is an active seller with a few accounts (beware).

All in all I lost 375m, Would love to get that money back now as the security of the account is a no-go for me. But at the very least an appropriate ban if nothing else would satisfy me. First time doing a scam report please take it easy on me. Thanks
