2spec4ko Ban Evader, Multiple accounts

Ok this guy has been chasing me around in multiple MSNs for idk why. His last user was Rc-Her. U can IP check Rc-Her and 2spec4ko. Also he even admitted that he has multiple accounts, and that he is rc-her.

He was BUYING my lvl 114.

Oh the first name in each row of the chat history is the sender, and the second name is the reciever of the message, so don't get confused on who's saying what.

Picture proof of MSN chat history:
1.Here he says his sythe name is 2spec4ko, and that he had multiple accounts that were banned for spamming etc.


2. Here it says that "It is me rc-her", his other sythe account, and he talks about himself getting unbanned, which means he was banned on that account.


Please ban him admin/mods, not only is he a scammer, he's a psychotic stalker. he even pretended to be british, wtf.

EDIT: So i suggest permanently banning rc-her instead of his current temp ban, and perm ban his other account 2spec4ko, and finally IP ban him to prevent him from making other sythe accounts.
