Possible scammed

What he done : i was selling him an accont and he gave me a fake recover request ID
Short sentence explainining all : well i was gonna sell him an acccont called i know s t r, and he set one recovery request to test the details were correct then a 2nd one to trick me w/ and now he's got the accont and i'm scared to try an recover it b/c it'll get locked but i guess isn't a problem anymore considering all the stuff on the accont would be gone by now, Thanks for reading please banned him.
