    Hello, I just recently cancelled my Paypal and that is probably why it charged Ruben back.

    I am being fully understanding and will pay him back in 07GP immediately. Thank you.

    EDIT: Before paying Ruben back in GP, I am first calling Paypal to see why this happened and if it could be reversed and not be a chargeback.
