After a long wait, Jagex has quashed the ban furthermore proving it was not me.

I have sent the screenshots and everything else to @Chloe confirming.

 

It's very clear that @Tallink did bot on the account so he will receive a TWC for lying. You will also need to refund the full service amount before the DNT is lifted.
