Taking out the trash

So much drama the last few days.

I'd suggest at this point to:

1. Delete/ban that guy's posts. The staff seem to be leaving them because Richard is responding. Delete his posts along with Richard's.
2. Have no one on the staff team respond to him owner included. It only encourages him on to reply.
3. Don't make your(the staffs') responses to disputes so dramatic. Again, entirely unnecessary.
4. Chill, relax. If you think about it, there's no reason to get worked up over this sort of stuff. Ban those who need to be banned and move on.
