Alright, so gonna keep this short as there really shouldn't be too much to say. There's a girl i'm generally interested in whom i asked to homecoming with the cliche bouquet of roses, and of she said yes and seemed generally happy. I've known her since last year and liked her for a while, but never really worked up the courage to just straight up ask her if she'd like to go out sometime. How could i take it from going to homecoming with her into possibly something more, any suggestions? Thanks ^_^

Not sure if srs or just newfag...
I'd personally wait to see how homecoming goes, just be yourself and don't do anything over the top (unless she initiates it first).

PM me if you want more advice than what I can give you.. I have shit load of experience but man here's what you have to do..

Like the guy above me said, be yourself at homecoming.. if you both have a good time (pretty sure you both have ea other's #), text her and be like "hey i had a good time.. wanna hang out and do something else? I heard such and such movie is showin now" Or take her to like a funpark or to like the fair or something fun..

IF she had a bad time, then tell her something like "You didn't really have a good of a time as you should have.. let me make it up to you.. movies sometime? or mall?"

She won't turn down shopping.. even if you don't have money you can still walk in the mall.. that's what like 90% of the people do..

Post updates :)

Like others have said above, try to get a group together to do something fun. Maybe a haunted house or a hayride or something. If you can't get a group together, simply ask her if she'd like to do something. If it's cold where you are, jokingly flirt about her staying close to you to stay warm etc. If she's interested she'll respond well :) Hope everything works out, keep us updated!

Go to homecoming, if you think all is going well, then just ask her when you take her home or you both say goodbye, then ask her if she'd like to go somewhere else with you. Just got to bite the bullet, chances are if she said yes to homecoming then she'll say yes to going out with you.

That ^

When you take her home or where ever you take her afterwards just ask her before she gets to her house or where ever she goes.
Just before she gets out the car would be ideal, that way if she says no (probably won't) then there is no awkward moment together, she just gets out and leaves. How ever if she says yes then you get to go out with her again :D
I assume you have each others numbers? If not, get hers when you're next with her.

Problem is I can't drive... I'm 16 but I don't get my license until December as I'm slightly young. :/ that would be ideal if possible, but impossible. I guess you're right though, I guess I'll just have to go for it after. Thanks for the advice guys. will keep this updated!

But yeah, I have her number. :)

Anytime man, hope everything goes well!

Is renting a small limo or something of the sort too expensive for you in your area? Should be usually $100 MAX for the time you'll need it..

If not I mean ask her the questions before parents arrive

That'd also be fine with me, but we're going with a larger group as well. I can't really get one of those things and just exclude everyone else, but if I included everyone else then i still wouldn't be alone with her so it'd be weird with everyone there.

I guess I'll just try and get her alone afterwards and ask I guess, not much else I can do.

Bumpy thingy. ;) Tomorrow night is Homecoming! Second guessing myself, not sure if she just wants to go as friends, but trying to push through it. Otherwise, is there anything else small i should be doing? We're going out for pictures/dinner with a group before. Should i be doing small things during the dance like grabbing her hand/slow dancing with her or is that a bit over the top? She's really touchy feely. Was planning on asking her afterwards if she would like to go ice skating or something (a bit soon for that?), just trying to be less boring than a movie heh. Thanks!

Assuming she says yes, figure out what type of common ground you have with her. It could be anything from enjoying to bake, to eating McDonalds. The key is to spend time with her, and get to know her more so than you already have. Whatever you do, play it casual, the best method is playing hard to get.

About the best advice you can get on this subject -- agreed.

Bro bro... Listen,

Ive been in the same situation before with my current girlfriend, just be yourself, crack a few jokes, not corny ones, but good jokes, make her laugh, make it a special night because this night is suppose to be filled with memories that will last years, if not, for the rest of your life. Take it easy, just have fun, take pictures, try to take some pictures alone with her. At prom, try to dance a lot and show your not afraid, women love confident men, NOT COCKY!, but confidence is the key. After homecoming, it really depends who is taking her home, if you are, or parents or w.e, be polite, walk her to the door, tell her how amazing and fun the night was, then pop the question, if she would like to go on a date with you, or if she had fun, if so, would she like to have more nights out with you. Then before you leave, say goodnight and thanks for a funfilled night, and end it with a kiss on the cheek. Yea it may be a longshot... but its worth it man. Trust me. I hope tomorrow night will leave you happy and everything works out fine. Please text me or let me know how things go. Ill hope everything goes right for you. Goodluck young soldier.

Well, I tried grabbing her by the waist and dancing with her and she said that "she didn't know how to dance" and that "it wasn't a slow dance song" and then she left the next song(last song as we got there ridiculously late) to take her friend to the bathroom so I didn't even bother asking. I think it's safe to assume I'm friend zoned?
