    Why do you think they are ban evading:
    Similar names. Italian Pizzas last vading account was: Minions
    Here he got banned very quickly for a Home IP match ( probably forgot to turn proxy on )
    Could have joined a few weeks later with this new account ( he has a big ban evasion history, he probably knows how to fake home IP )

    Both users started on a VPN or proxy and then posted once from their home IP because it was required.

    First thing the user did when he made a Sythe account was making a vouch thread, and so did Italian pizza ( both made page on join date )

    Both save their vouches the same way:

    Birthdays are similar ( Mar 13 1997 ) vs ( Feb B 1997 )

    Not enough here and ThePizzaMan has posted from his home IP + all his other wireless IPs match his geolocation (vastly different geolocation to @Italian Pizza and @Minions)
