tab's

Ok this is really noobie but Iam making an editor that is an
html editor
java compiler/runer
c++ runable
and can prieviw there html code

ill get the code done I just need tabs and may I ask how do you make em????!

 

You use what's called a tab control. It should be in your toolbox.

 

Iam afraid not what I have is pointer picture image label text box ect.
will it be called tab control

 

Press (ctrl+t) and then in the list, search for "Microsoft Windows Comman Controls "sp6,sp2,sp3,ect..."
Check it, click Ok, you should now have "tabstrip" in your toolbox.

Note: I would prefer using "sp6" and above if you have it. You can also access the list by simply going to (Project,Components)

 

hhmm well I had a error and my hardrive was compleatly ereased ill just do scar until I whant to pick up on vb6 or vs 2008 well until then I might just finish an html coder I was working on it builds and html code for youyou just type in stuff like it will say:
Tab name: blablabla
yout text:blblba

you can add pictures with the tool bar stuff like that but ill think about thanks for your help by the way stupid errors/viruses.
