Tables With Empty Cells?

I've got an ASP program that creates tables dynamically. When I set the border to 1, I see that if the field is empty, the cell that should be empty shows up without a border. so I want to know help related to this topic but when I study in MCA my sir tell me one site Web Design Company where I can solve my problem, really it is good & easily accessible site but I want to more sites for this issue can anybody help me?
