Shit, How that's really detailed on the neck of the guitar...Why would you spend that much time and then quit?

Also How do I like make a shape with like the middle of it being open? Like making a ring or something? Like the only way I know how to make a Ring is to make one circle with the pen tool, then another circle over it the same color as the background to make it look as it it was but really I had to use 2 layers and I run into trouble if its not a plain color background . =/
