    He probably wants them to make Tuna Potatos. I cant imagine anyone picking potatos for money, especially when flax is 100x easier though.

    Actually, making Tuna Potatoes, he can turn around 250k profit PER hour and around 50k cooking experience. A very smart move on his part.
