VM Host/Guest interaction

I downloaded and am posting this on a Mac OSX Virtual Machine. The VM is Tiger, but I want my Leopard one to work. The thing is, I need to get Marvin's AMD Patcher to work so I can get my AMD SSE3 to work. I don't have the file I need patched available in the VM, it's in windows, on a seperate partition. I need the file to be able to be seen in Tiger to patch it, so I want to know how to initiate host/guest interaction through VMware.
