CIA ruining society

We all know that the CIA and similar government groups cover important things from reaching the public and they are misleading the public. Yes the CIA is there to protect us but is it doing more harm than good?
We all know about the roomers about 9/11 , moon landing ,aliens and much more.


But this is ruining us as a society and they should not be allowed to keep these things hidden , after all no mater which government we vote for there is still a CIA.

Well, certain things do need to be kept under wraps, for security reasons, etc. Are you saying that there should be complete freedom of information?

 

If that happened, it wouldn't be good....

 

i believe that under certain circumstances, the CIA should release this information. only on subjects that have already be speculated(moon landing,911,area51) etc.

 

Why should they release it? Would it help in any way? It would just cause chaos, untrust, and disbelief.

 

if we told everyone the truth, we'd have all out brawls in public. complete racism most likely. and 80% of society in fear for their lives. i think they should keep doing whtat they are doing now.

 

Very interesting, i agree that they shouldn't release all the information but look at all the cover-ups its ruining us because we don't know the truth

 

if we new the truth we'd have extreme havoc and fear throughout the whole country. NO.

 

I agree that the CIA is keeping things under wraps. However asides from the occasional assassination like JFK (which i believe it a conspiracy), the public doesn't need to nor really want to know. At least in my opinion as long my life is good, i don't really mind

but the power that the government has in doing almost anything is a bit disconcerting
