Pirate Hook - Provides a chance of receiving additional Marks of Grace and Agility Tickets by 33%.

Pirate Boots - Pirates are very agile, so naturally these boots reduce chance of failing an obstacle.

Casket of Plunder - Offers random, medium value items with a rare chance of getting a tradable Big Pirate Hat (cosmetic).

Armor Patch - Upgrades a single Black Naval piece to have the same defense as dragon, requiring 70 defense to wear

I think it looks like an amazing idea so far dude,

some suggestions/feedback:

Possibly intergrete agility into it via the masts, allow the ability to climb onto and cross the masts to the other side/ emenys ship and sabotage with a kit or some type of item - skiller friendly.

allow for repairs to be done on the ships eg patch holes in the sides, use buckets to empty water to keep the ship from flooding similar to fishing trawler on RS3 granting small amounts of xp in X skill.

Add care packages similar to weapon game, items could be ranged from but not limited to:

proximity mines: that would do X amount of damage/freeze to multi targets like ice barrage to allow the claiming team that little bit extra hill time

Bottles of rum: - grant +1 attack and str for 20 seconds [can or cannot be team boost?]

ba-ARR!-els: explosive barrels roll towards your enemies ship exploding upon impact

Add the possibility of a pet parrot like S'qwaks Either by RNG or gambling/spending X amount of pirate points?

Due to it's weight the user cannot run with the chest and walks considerably slower making his team have to essentially create a human shield around him the whole way back

 

I like it, although I would change the layout and make it look more natural. I would possibly add in surrounding features to give a better look to the minigame such as rowboats, smaller ships, islands, and other features to make it look more nice and natural than just 2 ships in water with black surrounding it.

 

Really like the idea, tbh! Although, for the rewards, I wouldn't mind seeing the outfits as purely cosmetic; makes sense for a mini-game prize in my opinion. I'd also suggest making it instanced, with a queue system, sort of like castle wars in real RS? Could add a viewing platform for those wanting to watch the games. Also, as nothing other than a little addition, I think it'd be cool to have NPCs that you need to keep alive - if these die, you lose firepower. Overall, though, I think it's a fantastic idea and have loved this style of gameplay in other games, so would 100% be participating myself!

 

Very neat, unique idea to be honest. Good job by the development/PR team for making this happen, and I'm definitely looking forward to trying it out in the future. If there are any issues with the minigame, or I feel that something needs to be changed, then I'll be sure to let you guys know in the future. Can't wait until then!

 

Very cool idea if you ask me. I would definitely spend some time playing this minigame.

 

these minigames all look so good id release them slowly though not all at once so none are dead content from the start, cant wait for release

Minigames in private servers are usually dead content, but this looks kinda fun? Idk maybe the pirate theme does it
