Wait before Reporting a Post

Currently we have to wait 300 seconds between spam report submissions, this is rather annoying when we go on reporting spree's.

300 seconds is allot, its 300 whole seconds that I have to wait before I can get someone have an infraction given too.

Make it 60 or w/e

 

Well, it would be nice to report more often, but then people would just report over and over and over and over again. Think about what report a spammer section would be like . But 60 seconds i think is good time, should be reduced from 5 minutes.
