Revenge on a Scam Recovery

Just a thought i had. When people get their accounts recovered, cant the person being scammed submit pictures of the account to Jagex and report it for Real World Trading (thus getting the account banned as a sort of revenge)?

Or does it not work that way?

If it does.. surely that can be used as a big threat to potential scammers when dealing with a MM (and you get the account username and whatnot before paying)?

Just a thought i had. Please comment your thoughts if this can be done successfully...
