Sythe Staff letting won_gold_gold scam me?

No I'm saying he never paid me at all and then he changed his identity to not be found by all the people he scammed and now I've found him here on Sythe under won_gold_gold thanks to another gold sites help

 

I posted the moment I found out about Sythe and that he was on here I didn't really wait. I never used this forum before. All the gold I sold was just done through people my friends trusted on skype

 

You can attempt to take legal action without winning the case in court? Saying to take legal action means do everything in your power to prove your side to the courts so that they can decide.

 

@Charlotte Be honest with me here, I keep asking this and not getting a response.

If @Won_gold o_0 was about to pay back the money he scammed me while he had a DNT why won't you guys just tell him to give it to me? He only isn't paying me now because he thinks he doesn't have to

 

I'm not going to assume anything. And we aren't going to blindly say "repay him" when we aren't handling the report.

I'd have to ask you to point the screenshot out but since we aren't handling the report, showing it to me won't do much? I PM'd Won's employee earlier today and asked them to give you bank info as well as company info so that you can do something, not sure the status on that. Nothing else for us to do.

 

Like I said, I have very little information on the matter, but if this person came to me and the conversation came to the point where I had to say "hey, you should probably take legal action.." then I'd think there's some wrongdoing, correct?

 

Not necessarily. We were told that we aren't handling the report so ultimately with his unhappiness, the logical thing to do is offer him another way to handle this - in turn, is legal action.

I'd love to take legal actions but it's impossible to sue some random guy in China that I don't even have a name for

Do you know if you removed the DNT a day or two later I'd have got my money and I wouldn't even be posting about this anymore

Holding him on DNT for something that we aren't looking into isn't exactly fair to him.

And for like the third time, as I've said, I told him to get you info today. See how you have a FB thread about Sythe but I've done things to correct issues that you're having in this screenshot? All you want us to do is DNT him/tell him to repay you, but we aren't going to do that - but I'm doing what I can to help otherwise so that you guys can have communication outside of you continuing to post about this on Sythe.

 

I mean if Sythe isn't handling the report, this feedback is irrelevant so why are we still discussing it...

If won_gold is going to be providing you contact/company information on behalf of Charlotte's action then you should be fine in filing a legal complaint against him. If he refuses to provide that information, then I feel like that's the point where Sythe should intervene because 12,000$ is no laughing matter.

 

Look they tried to pay me once and it failed so they sent it again and it failed and then they change skypes and dont tell me and just never pay me

It's some how my fault now because I didn't post a report on someone that to my knowledge wasn't even part of the rs gold trade anymore until I found out they are still active

Yeah, it isn't, and that's why a $12,000 (& complicated) claim should be handled through an actual legal system and not on an online runescape forum.

 

That's exactly my point, I never wanted to deal with this on Sythe but won will not provide me with my money, any form of contact info, or even a simple response to anything I send them. The last time we spoke they were in the process of sending me my money. Their bank asked to speak to me and then when they were going to put me in contact with their bank they realized the dnt was gone and never responded again besides that message basically telling me "fuck off we're keeping your money now because we can get away with it"

 

It was one day from being solved through this forum, I want to take legal action like everyone keeps telling me to but how do you suggest I do this
