Camtasia not saving entire video?

I made a video of me getting 99 fletch and then produced it, so i could put on youtube. I checked the video when it was done and everything was good EXCEPT the fact that the last 2 frames or so weren't included in the video? I didn't remove them or anything from the timeline, they're like every other clip. What's wrong?
