    Im a varsity cornerback, WR and RB. I bench 150 and squat 260:D i no weakkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk lol post ur stats

    If we are talking about the real 'football' I play center mid and left back. Got voted best left back in premier youth league XD. Not sure how much I can weightlift though I know when i was 12 i could lift 25kg.

    Eh, In highschool about a year ago
    I could bench 195 x5
    I could PowerClean 185 x5
    and I could Squat 280.

    And a year later lol I doubt I could still do that xD

    Im not trying to troll you. But that is very small weight to be playing Varsity football.

    People always tell me to play Football, because I'm a big guy and all, but I'm not really interested in Football. I'm mostly interested in Wushu and Gymnastics, I also don't do any weightlifting but I train more lean muscle than weightlifting style muscles.

    Yea i agree, that's a pretty small weight. I guess you must make up for it in other things. I could bench 140 or so in like eighth grade

    I maxed out recently. I bench 140 now, and squat 220. Not bad for sophomore.

    I don't play any sports, just do weight lifting.
    5'9
    190 pounds

    Bench: 315 x 6+
    Squat: 525 x 4-6
    Deadlift: 410 x 6+
    1 hand curl: 50 x 7
    Leg extension one pully machine: 185 x 6+


    I'm working on more endurance now, so if I drop weight and lose stats... I won't be surprised loll.. Bulking again in a month or two.

    I play Safety. Squat 315, bench 195, and clean 225 (without hangs).

    How can you squat only 30 lbs more than you can bench lol
