My Recent Infraction

Ok so yesterday i received this infraction cause i called Pin Plaza scammer. But why i got it? If it's true ...

Alot of other people has been scammed by him, i'm too lazy to find all posts/topics related to it, i do not have time for it. You should better check IP of 'ibuyingacc' or how this guy is called (The one that reported me) and check IP with Pin Plaza, i'm almost sure it's the same guy, so why don't you ban him? Few days ago i've been scammed by Call A Medic for 60$, i reported him in scammers section, i gave enough proof + other people has been scammed by him also he isn't banned yet or TWC, so why don't you spend time banning scammers like him than giving me infractions without reason? I would be glad if you remove this infaction, and take a better look at the guy who reported me, since he is ban evading.. And finally do something with real scammers like Call A Medic. If theres nothing i can do to get rid off this infraction, please tell me after what time i disappears.
