Does anyone get to 'Account recovery' Section?

Hello guys, I know I'm new but , does anyone look at the Account Recovery section?

There are threads in here that are a week old? and if people are trying to get their sythe account back that's quite a long time to just sit and wait.

Question:
-Why does it take so long?
-Does it have to be an Admin?
-What could be done to speed the process up? ( Like a pre-made form) like in report a scammer section.
