Call of Duty 4 server's are pretty cheap to run, and it seems it's pretty high in demand. I'd be into a Cod4 Server.

The best fps ever, CS 1.6. If you can get a server with 32 players running, and no lagg for different areas of the world would be great

TF2 / Minecraft would be good choices.

Agreed, both are a walk in the park to maintain and if trafficked in signatures, etc people will slowly flock towards them.
