Service providers must provide proof of a firecape

Requirements:

1. If you are starting your own fire cape service, you must post at least 1 picture of a completed fire cape. You may censor your name and skills.
2. Users with 3+ legitimate fire cape vouches don't need to provide any pictures, although we still recommended them.
3. Your thread will be locked and you may receive an infraction if your service thread does not include a valid screenshot or 3+ vouches. Please post these 3+ vouches in the original post of your thread.
4. Please include your Sythe name in the screenshot
