Music, what kind would you prefer for the MMORPG?

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post this, but what kind of music would you prefer?
Olden day music, like RuneScape, or modern day music?

Post what you would prefer here, and Sythe, if you don't like it, you can close it over whatever, I don't mind.

 

I like both lol... sometimes music like rs can be relaxing, kinda like classical but other times it's like how can I stand it?! Also modern is what I like mostly

 

It really all depends on the type of MMORPG, if it's like in year 2500 it'd need to be more modern, obviously.

 

Music at this stage is irrelevant as the context of the MMORPG is undecided. Once its decided i'm sure that ample music would suggested. But i doubt heavy rock songs and 'I'm a barbie girl' will be included.

 

Screw RuneScape music, I say it should have a custom Music System, where we put MP3 Files or other Sound formats on a specific folder.

 

Don't get ahead of yourselves, we haven't even selected mods! Don't post ahead because It'll only back-track us.

If I hear what 012 says correctly, that's an excellent idea. If it's not, this is my suggestion.

You can upload the songs you want into the folder of your choice. Therefore, everyone is happy. However, the collection of basic music available is something like the bards would play in the olden ages.

 

According to what will happen . like if u r walkin in worlds u need slow and quite music . If u r in a war , U like another kind of music.

Lyricless fast paced music that suits the game play. I don't like the runescape style of music because it bores you and is nothing but an annoyance

I don't like techno/trance music... That's why the music selection would probably be best if we could put our own mp3 into a folder...

I say screw music at all. Why can't we just have sound effects with no music. If you want music just open a music players and play it in the background.

I personally hate the runescape music, I just bring up iTunes when I'm playing RS
