Hello there with some questions.

Okay I got a few questions since the end of runescape I've decided to get into wow (because I hear it's acctualy fun). but first I wanna ask a few things.

1) Should I play private servers?
I have before and they were fun but I've never played the game I'm curios if wow pservers are just as good as the game but free?

2) Whats the best race/class I should start out with in your opinion?
And dont say hunter please I've only played a trial with hunter and it was boring but easy?

3) Best addons? (for noobs)
Dont say like ultimate pvp skills addon or somthing like I would have no clue about.

Don't bother with private, not nearly as good as the paid servers.

I personally love shamans, pallys and locks, but mages are also very fun. Race is up to you, really.

As for addons, get Bartender, Deadly Boss Mods, any unit frame mod and maybe a ui overhaul like Tukui or Lui if you don't want to download lots of separate addons and set them up yourself. Download the curse client and get addons easily that way (it's a great little program).

I'd suggest you do not play private servers, I used to GM on quite a popular one it was fun but very trivial. You can end up putting so much time into one, just for it one day to shut down or get banned over a corrupt GM. As well as the sense of achievement doesn't match that which you get off doing it legit

As for a starter class, as of patch 4.0 they are all pretty fun to level from whatever level. It depends what you like the most, melee or ranged, healing or tanking. If you fancy a bit of everything Druid or Paladin would probably be your best choice.

As for addons there is only one I could ever say is essential and that is Carbonite. It adds a GPS system to your leveling process, helping you get around as quickly as possible. As well as a warehouse system to find your lost items and a really in depth node finding system for gathering proffesions.

Private servers are buggy and I hate them

I would say if you roll alliance the best race is human, the racial features are the best in my opinion.

Addons aren't needed until 85 in my opinion. As someone else said though Curse is extremely helpful with installing adds and has a browsing tool to find more.
