Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
I sold a runescape 2007 account to user RIP in exchange for a total of $50. It was agreed that I would recieve $38 upfront and $12 a week later. A week had passed and I did not recieve payment as promised so I recovered the account. I think I should be forgiven as there was no malicious intent from myself to scam the user of his funds or virtual items.

I was asked by Dave to fill this pardon form as it seemed the only way to unban me given that there was not much input in my dispute thread. This post may not sound remorseful but that's due to the fact that I still believe I did not do anything wrong.

I understand that I could have gone about my business differently,I could have pestered him for the money until he paid me, but that's not the way I do business, I prefer up-front and honest people, I later deemed him untrustworthy so did what i did.

I would like to put this matter to bed, the user has since been refunded in full.

What happened to the 38$ that RIP paid you upfront? Was it refunded? If so can you provide proof of that?
