How do you gain ranks or whatever in this forum?

I've seen a lot of forum members here that got a S V U thingy and other stuffs like that? Can somebody help me? and also what's the requirements to have these?

 

Post a certain amount of times in a particular forum per week and you will receive a mini rank. The ranks that come under the username you can find out how to receive them here:

To get the SVU user rank, you must first donate $25, to donate, click on Sythe User center, found at the top of the forums:



To make a donation, simply hover your mouse over "Donations" and click on "Make a donation"



From here, you simply choose your preferred donation method, and then to get SVU rank you will go back to the Sythe User Center, like you would making a donation, and on the far right click on "Verified" You will be prompted to enter your phone number etc.

Donation times vary.

To gain a mini rank, which are the ranks in the top right hand corner of the user name as shown in the picture below:

Some are won in competitions, the competitions are usually placed in the sand box, which can be found here: http://www.sythe.org/sand-box/, you can also purchase them in this forum from users who have already obtained the rank. And, if you post 10x in the Sand Box forum a week, you will obtain the Sand Bucket mini rank.

As shown above, to obtain the Spyro, I had to defeat Sythe (Richard) in his game on "Kingdoms", to obtain the panda bear, I had to post 10x within a week inside the Personal Support forum (Note, if you don't post 10x the following week, the minirank will be stripped) and the cat is by posting 10x in the community general section.

You will note other people have "Fun ranks" these ranks are very hard to obtain, and are issues by higher authority such as admins.

There are multiple types of rank that can be shown below your name (excluding miniranks)

These consist of

Status, Donor, Fun and Staff ranks.


Status ranks are telling you about the person, such as bans, if they are an ex-staff member or sythe's personally handed out ranks.


There are also 'fun ranks', which are these (currently in use)


Then there are staff ranks. These are consisting of these.

For the 2 miniranks I have, you just have to post constantly in that section. But that doesn't mean you spam everything. Then the donation rank is obvious, you have to donate.

 

For SVU, you just need to become a $25+ donor and pay the $5 fee for the mobile verification.

 

SVU you donate 25.00 via any method that works for you. You just have a valid phone line where you're able to receive a call or a sms. After that you'll be provided a code which verifies that is your number. If you have any questions feel free to private message me. As for mini ranks there are automated ones as well as ones you get from other methods.

How does one get these ranks though? (Specifically the "fun" ones, I don't want to go and get a "banned" rank)

Fun ranks are awarded to people through competitions (rarely), and to staff that have performed extremely well.

 

I don't even know how I got sandbox rank but okay.
