I assume you want to do 1$ offers, lift paypal limits, or do ref4ref offers?

 

I tried to turn some guys paypal to unlimited or w/e was up with it by using a pre-paid credit card. It did not work though.

So if thats what your trying to do, you might want to look into it a bit more first to see if its possible. It didn't work for me, but maybe i did it wrong.

 

I wanted it for PayPal, But just realized it won't work. Nvm.
