Need Playerauction help with verification.

My interesting, yet not helpful at all conversation with Player auctions.

What he's saying is PA doesn't support throw-away numbers and or one use simcards. You need an actual number, either on contract with a phone company, or a monthly top-up official one.

 

I understand what he's saying, was just giving him a hard time.
(Off topic, but customer support should be fluent if they are expected to answer English speaking customers)

What is a monthly top-up official one your referring to?

I use a legit phone company. However, it isn't a monthly plan. It's a non-contract phone but is literally half the price of my old phone I had in contract for years.

Like a monthly sim tied to whichever company you use, which you buy a prepaid sim $ amount for, and load it onto that sim.

I.E, buy $50 worth of calls for that month and upload it onto the sim. Once it runs out, buy more. Doesn't have to be monthly, can be daily if you go through that $50 within a day.

 

That is how my current cell phone plan is. I pay $55/Month for my phone. But I'm not in a contract. I can cancel it whenever I'd like.

There is nothing you can do. He clearly says they only support phone numbers currently on contract.

Contact their live chat again. Explain to them what you have, and ask them why it doesn't work. (You may have already done so, but yeah).

No one can resolve your issue as we're clearly not playerauctions support. They've clearly said that your type of phone plan is not accepted.


So you can either a) give up or b) contact their email support or something and explain the situation and ask if there is an alternative verification route that you can take.


There isn't another secret way that anyone here can tell you.
