Sythe Contact Us feature and Feedback Efficiency

I have used this dead feature, "Contact Us" at the bottom left part of the site to try and contact a Sythe Staff regarding retrieval of a mishandled account.

Is this a working feature or do I have to send a personal message to each and every single administrator in the website? Either way, it yields the same result, being ignored.

 

I have sent them like 10 E-mails in the past, never received a response.
I give it 10/10.

If you ever are in the desperate need for staff help, the best option is normally to view the list of Sythe Staff here and send a private message to one of them. If there's a green dot by their name it means they're currently on-line.
