°Phippsy° Scammer

^^ Don't Trust This Guy ^^​

I just traded $3 on PayPal to °Phippsy° and he has logged off. He told me he had to go quick but as he was an apprentice and had a decent vouch count I trusted him. He gave me a PIN but it was invalid. I have all the screenshots I need for a ban to be made.

  This scam report didn't have enough evidence to support a ban

Hit him with the ban hammer. Let me know if any more evidence is needed. Best thing about it, he forgot to make me claim & cancel. Probably because he was rushing the trade. I will dispute it, atleast he wont get the cash. Still needs to be banned. And damn, thats a lot of evidence!
