Vouching for Synon; gave a sick deal on a Quest Point Cape + some extra, for 450m;

Half way through the order, the account caught a temp ban, and he swiftly worked with me to just refund the remaining amount.

Will still continue to do business with him.

Terrible customer service.
Had them do a void pure for me which they did, but i also paid for a fire cape and have been asking for 12 days now to get it back and they keep ignoring my messages. He offered a refund which i agreed to then didn't answer any more of my messages. Will definitely never use them again.
