Ibuypinsmonthly = scammer, i gave pin and never got my sara plate! proof.

Ibuypinsmonthly scammed me a pin today, proof below.
*Note* the pin says"incorrect payment window" or some crap like that and yes it does say that but if you wait 24hrs the pin will work. it happens to every single pin the i buy off my home phone and i dont know why!
so he thought i was scamming him but if it was an incorrect pin it would say" Invalid pin". and it obviously doesnt say that.

Please can he be banned because the pin will work in about 24 hrs.

. i will never ever go first again. and he also disagreed to an MM idk why coz he was free had some vouches and needed trust.
