Was selling me 7x $10 Walmart Giftcards..

Sent him $22 at first for 4 giftcards.. He gave me 4 and the order was cancelled and the cards remained at 0 balance, thus, the cards were obtained illegitamately. When confronting him he did not wish to help, and he was also sent another $40 which he claims he never got.. I have now lost $62 to him and he has gone offline.
