+Bop+'s IP Ban

I am making this dispute on the behalf of my friend and business parter, +Bop+.
Let's get some background on my dear friend.
+Bop+, also known as Ryan, has run multiple businesses
including a hunter service, a large account sale, and numerous others.

I met him through his Hunter thread, where I purchased
99 hunter from him, which should be complete tonight.
He's a joy to chat with, and is an extremely pleasant person.

Now, the reason why he was banned. I have seen
screenshots, and he was banned for apparently
"spamming." As a direct quote from him, "I just try
to critique people, and they just don't like it so they
report me." Which is exactly what happened. What began
as a short, temporary ban, somehow turned into a permanent
IP ban; which had occurred when he was banned. This, to me,
makes no sense; as he couldn't of earned an IP ban whilst
temporarily banned.

Me and +Bop+, as well as another of his friends recently
started a skilling business, which at the start of it's
career, +Bop+ was banned. While it seems the business
will never see the light of commerce, I believe it is our
right to let it.

This ban might be a mistake, a human error.
If so, I believe it is my friend's right for it to be reversed.
If administration believes that this was an allegiant ban,
then I ask you with my highest regards to please consider this.
