I Goofyy DNT removal

I made a thread about this about 2 years back, I will post the previous links at the bottom of this. Basically my account on sythe and my skype was hacked when I was away at college and was used to scam someone 80m of Runescape gold. When I finally saw what happened they said that I had to pay 80 dollars to the member scammed, but he was banned himself. So they said I had to repay the community the money. Being a broke college kid at the time I didn't have it. I am in a spot now where I am able to come back and do more business on here.

Frankly I don't agree with the verdict, sending the money of what happened to anyone besides the person that was affected by it doesn't seem logical to me nor right. Especially considering they just said 80 dollars because I believe that was the price of 80m at the time, what if it was 500 million? I think a 15 dollar flat fee would of been the more logical and agreeable thing to say on their side. Instead it just felt like they were taking advantage of the situation, and I don't agree with the fundamentals of it honestly. I would happily send whatever 80m is worth now to the member that was scammed, now that I am able. Unfortunately that's not possible, and I had no means of doing it before. I would like my DNT to be removed frankly, I've done business on this site for a very long time and have always been 100% loyal to my customers and the members I do business with on here.

How am i to pay back what the hacker scammed one guy for if he is banned himself?
