swordmaster requesting a pardon for breaking out-of-site rules

  What happened: There was a big stake that we were gathering money for, for a 100% win chance (the staker would get ddosed during the stake). I chipped in 400m, never ddosed him but was friends with those who did and profited from it. A member of this forums lost out a large amount of money due to the streamer being ddosed (he was tricked into putting his money in and scummed out of his own money).
  
  I was exposed to being in on the scam through DMs with user "HAMZA", where I say I was one of the ten in on it. I explained to the victim that I simply was one of many users in on it. I sympathized with the person who lost the money and refunded my split of it within 24 hours of being contacted (I received 400m, and gave him 400m in cash) I assumed he would take the post down after I refunded what I received from it. Again, I did not actually ddos him, nor did I get the full amount of money, I gave everything that I got from the scumbag move, and if I could go back I would definitely not have involved myself in what happened.
  
  I refunded what I got out of it, I apologized, and tried to solve the problem the best I could (trying to get a bunch of scumbags to also refund their splits didn't go too well). Before this I didn't understand that there were any repercussions for doing stuff outside of the site, as in I understood that you guys would ban someone for scamming and impostering or whatever, but I don't even use the forums and somehow there are IRL postings, and threads of my IRL being posted.
  
  Half a year has passed since the reported incident, and I am proposing that, due to me refunding what I had, apologizing, trying to make amends, and doing what I can, the report be removed, as well as the other reports trying to expose me for being affiliated with ddosers.
  
  If this proposal isn't granted, I would suggest keeping me banned from the forums, but removing all this IRL, and Twitch posts, I don't feel it's warranted after the acts I have done to try to right the wrong.
