Reporting an off-site scammer: Rias Gremory

Rias Gremory has admitted to scamming on powerbot under their alias Rias Gremory, though no dispute has been filed as of yet - the appropriate parties have been contacted and instructed to file disputes at their earliest convenience.
The user private messaged me on powerbot requesting a permanent ban and at the time I noticed they were viewing the Disputes forum - I questioned the user and they admitted to scamming. The private message in question can be viewed here.
