It's Been A While

So I stopped playing runescape a few months ago but im coming back and I was curious about the Ape Atoll Update, which allowed players to return to ape atoll without taking defense xp. I saw it got 61% yes and 39% no, So is that option now in the game?

 

unfortunately its not, if you want to return to ape atoll without getting the def xp you would have to start the quest and not finish it
