Buying a level 130+ with at least 100M

Hey everyone, I am looking for a new account to buy again, i had purchased an account for $250 from the sythe member named "Skuxx" last week and he recovered it today, and provided me with false info at time of sale. So i am looking for an account that has a combat level of 130+ and has at least 100M, i might be interested in varying a little from these requirements.
