I'm buying a blue phat for my red phat h'ween set and cash to equal trade price which is a pretty good deal itself + an acc ("Cjm_12") with 91 fishing and 30m in junk items.

I understand that I am a Leecher to Sythe as I rarely use it, but because of this deal being rather good just by itself without the acc I expect you to go first or I want an Official MM. The MM can have Cjm 12's info and he will give you after you trade me your blue phat.
