access admin on a mac

I was wondering if anyone knows how to run as admin on a emac that many privlages are blocked. Most programs are blocked by admin because they are school computers. I was wondering if i could some how run the computer i use there ass amin or gain access to admin porgrams/files. BTW terminal is blocked so no idea what to do. All help is appreciated!
