Serious here might be a joke to you but its pretty much perfect cept for the cash part.

86 strength
60 attack
40 defence ( so the quest won't take it over it'll be 44 then)
76 woodcutting
34 prayer
50 range :S maybe more may be less haven't checked.
1.1million in cash
Lost city done haven't started MM but will be able to do.

I'll throw in a 40 attack 61 str 61 range f2p pure with 3-4m cash and 44 slayer.

 

i think 40 def is too high for gloves, as from lvl 1, the reqs for barrows gloves quests take it to 44/45. nty
