Cost to buy yellow phat for rs gp + $?

I want to buy a yellow phat for 193m gp (GE market price). I have that much rs gp and I want a balanced trade. I know no1 will sell it to me for that price 'less I pay real $ in addition to all the gp. So how much real $ do I need to pay? I am new to all of this real $ stuff, any help would be nice, thanks.

You could consider $80 the cost, if that other guy accepts this is a main.
