couple questions for my server

how can i make an item only equipable for certain player rights?

for example i have a weapon for admin and up how can i make it so only admin and up can equip?

second question:

how can i make it so players keep all of their items when they die?

 

Makes no sence..

 

what i mean is i have a weapon intended for the admin only (high bonuses) but anyone can equip it. i dont want anyone who may kill the admin to be able to equip this weapon. like it would say something like "you need admin priveleges to equip this weapon"

 

please help?
