First;

If you have 64 hp and 43 prayer or so, you wont have combat 100. But elvemage's name is 100, meaning he is the same combat as you.

 

He's not saying he's Elvemage, tard.

But it's a pretty nice fake, he would be in HighScores if he really was unbanned ^_^
