Basically I have $20 USD in PayPal, and I'm spending it on an account dedicated to mining and smithing. I will go first, but you must have 10+ vouches, I will not do business with you otherwise even if you go first.

By dedicated, I mean a lvl 3 with a high mining and/or smithing level, but it doesn't have to have all other skills at 1. However that would be preferred.

The name must be reasonable, not something offensive or sexual or immature. No numbers, unless they fit in for example 'Born 2 Kill'.

No recoveries! Get rid of them first! And you must tell me the bank pin.
