Buying all junk or your xfer method, $1.50-$2.00 per Mil

I have about 70M in rs right now and am looking to make some money off of it. I do not have a transfering method, so I will only be buying junk unless you have a method. Depending on how good the junk is, the price will be around $2.00 per mill.
