pkya.2 scammed a combat 21 account.

How much sadder can you get? :/

I had loads of proof via an IRC chat, however after he scammed me I gave him the time until i'd eaten to change the password back, and if he didn't i'd report him. When I get back I find he hasn't changed it back, and start putting together some pics to prove he scammed me. While doing this I somehow got disconnected from IRC and lost the chat conversation, which I realise is completely fucking SHIT. -.-. Anyways, I reckon i've got enough proof anyway; here's the basis of what happened and we can compare that to what pkya.2 says and I can prove him wrong on everything.

Basically, we talk on IRC and he offers an account with the name "emosong owns", which he clearly says has "60 range and everything else 1". I go first and tell him the username and pass of my obby maul starter pure, and he tells me his account details. To my dismay i find that the account has 40 range, 11 defence, and 10 prayer. He hasn't changed his password yet, it's still what he said it was in the IRC chat, and so i've got a pic of this account.

I tell him the acc has 40 range 11 def and 10 pray, and then go off for dinner giving him that time to change my acc's pass back. He doesn't.
